What is EFT?
Based on the ancient principles of
acupuncture, Emotional Freedom Techniques
(EFT) is a simple and gentle tapping procedure that gently realigns the
body’s energy system, without the discomfort of needles.
Negative emotional experiences disrupt
the energy meridians that run through our body. These disruptions
inhibit our natural ability to heal, leaving us open to nagging fears,
stress, chronic pain and serious illness.
